[RJ286597] Female Offerings are Spirited Away! Walkthrough

0) Background
In this game, you play as "Tatari-Gami" (lit. "The Kami who Curses"), a protector spirit that got corrupted by taking too keen an interest in humans and starting to take direct interventions in their lives answering their prayers. In ages past, you dealt with said corruption by demanding the sacrifice of a young maiden every so often to rid yourself of it, for which the humans eventually came to resent you and called in the services of a Miko (Shinto priestess) to quell you. While she did succeed in binding you, her actions did not fully eliminate the corruption and now, four centuries later, you wake up hearing a vague prayer asking to 'spirit them away'. Desperate to rid yourself of the remaining corruption roiling through you and in order to answer said prayer like you did so long ago, the hunt for the next sacrifice begins...

1) Generalities
A few points to try and help the avid hunter without spoilers:
- Do not hesitate to run around without attacking anyone, you can get a lot of information that way.
- Each girl but one has a first H-scene you can get just by catching them 'anywhere/anytime' and a second one requiring specific conditions to be met. The exception is Kitsune, who needs a special condition for the first and second scene.
- Yes, you need to unlock all the skills, but since most are activation-dependent, 'grinding' isn't that hard: just find a girl who (doesn't) use the right skills and chase her repeatedly without catching her. The only exception is the "Peek into Mind" skill which requires you to complete Hime's side story.
- If you are aiming for a particular result/H-scene, read the girl's description both on the map and in the bio. There will be a hint as to what you're supposed to do next.
- By the same token, if you are aiming for a specific result, don't just catch girls randomly. It is very easy to lock yourself out that way.
- If you are stuck, you can always go back to the ruins of your shrine and go to sleep again, starting a new cycle. There's no downside in doing so since anything accomplished/unlocked accompanies you to the next cycle.
- Not all girls are available on a given route, you'll have to play through all.

2) Routes and Endings
There are three routes in the game and five endings. The routes are:
- Embrace Kitsune/Visible Village
- Release Kitsune/Hidden Village
- Remember Kitsune: this one is only unlocked by fully completing the two others and learning Kokoro's secret

The endings are:
- Common "Bad End" to both Villages where you grab too many girls and just go back to sleep.
- Visible Village specific "Bad End" where you reach the endgame but fail to resolve the situation and eventually go back to sleep as well
- Visible Village "Good End" aka. Horned Shadow End
- Hidden Village "Good End" aka. Kitsune's End
- True ending after unlocking and playing through 'Remember Kitsune'

3) Girls and Scenes
Recapitulative of the girls under the form of "Name/Zone on the map where she can be found/How to obtain 1st CG/How to obtain 2nd CG"

- Uta/Bus Stop & Surroundings/Just catch her/Complete her side story
- Mozumo/Shanty & Surroundings/Just catch her/Obtained as part of Visible Village specific bad end

- Yuu/Flower Path & Surroundings/Just catch her/Complete her side story
- Hime/Tunnel & Surroundings/Just catch her/Complete her side story
- Hisagi/Not available/As part of Prologue/As part of True ending

*Both Nanase and Ai are special in the sense that on one route they walks around and on the other one they remain cloistered in the Inn/shrine and unapproachable... unless you manage to lure her out (Nanase)/realease her (Ai). When walking around, Nanase is at the Inn or around it, while Ai remains close to the Chinon Shrine.

4) Main Routes Walkthrough
4.1) Hidden Village/Release Kitsune "Good End"
- Wake up, walk around to trigger cutscenes during the day (Shrine/Inn/Tunnel/Flower Field/...). At night, go to Forest North and interact with the Big Shadow. Ai will appear and ask you to leave it alone.
- Next day, keep walking around until night again, then go back to the ruins of your shrine and enter the first of Kitsune's dreams.
- Repeat 3 more times until you have entered all four of Kitsune's dreams: Forest East, Forest North and near your shrine again.
- The day after that, invade Ako's dreams and capture her. Amy starts coming out.
- Got to Forest West the next day, wait until you witness the meeting between Amy and Mozumo.
- The day after that, go to the Road to the Ruins of the Shrine and witness Amy and Mozumo make an offering.
- Go the Western Forest at night, a cutscene will trigger and Kitsune will appear. You now can chase and catch her for her first CG. The subtlety for this battle is that you need the "Noise" skill and use it as your bar is 96%/97% full to make her turn around, otherwise she'll push you back.

4.2) Visible Village/Embrace Kitsune endings
Note: both the good and bad end differ one single step, but you need the bad end to collect Mozumo's, Mitsuki's and Amy's second CGs.
- Wake up, walk around to trigger cutscenes during the day (Shrine/Inn/Tunnel/Flower Field/...). At night, go to the Inn, enter Ako's dreams and lure her out.
- Second day just run around but don't catch anyone. At night, invade Mitsuki's dreams and convince her to walk Marimo.
- Next day run around, wait for night and catch Ako during the night (you must see her second CG to be on the right path).
- Next day, follow Amy to the Shanty and witness her meeting Mozumo.
- The day after their meeting, go to the Mountain Road to the Ruins and witness the pair nabbing a book from the shrine. That night, find Betsu and catch her (you must see her second CG to be on the right path).
- Mitsuki learns the news the next morning but remains inside the whole day. Wait for midnight and invade Nanase's dream, lure her out with the HATE keywoard (you must have unlocked her side story beforehand).
- The next day, go to the abandoned village, witness more loli mischief, the go to the Chinon Shrine and watch them release Ai.
- *SKIP THIS STEP FOR BAD ENDING BUT UNLOCKING CG'S* Wait for the night and catch Nanase (you must see her second CG to be on the right path).
- Stalk and attack the Mitsuki/Ai duo. You'll catch Ai, get her second CG and reach the endgame.

IF YOU DID NOT DEVOUR NANASE:
- Go to the Riverside and fight Mitsuki for her second CG. A difficult battle, her "Bloodline Awakening" power is basically a timer for you to catch her. If she manages to activate it three times she'll barrage you with talismans until you're driven away. Leeroy Jenkins bumrush her down before she can do it.
- Go to the Inn, witness some cutscenes, then stalk and catch Mozumo in the forest for her second CG. She has a one-time pushback when you reach her, so be quick.
- Finally go to your shrine to find Amy and catch her to get her second CG. Like Mozumo, she'll push you back when you reach her but she'll do it twice. Load up on orbs and rush her once she's vulnerable.

IF YOU DID DEVOUR NANASE:
- Not much to say here, go to the Inn then just follow the girls until you face the entire Loli Brigade (Ai/Mozumo/Amy/Mitsuki+Marimo) all at once. With Ai empowering both Mozumo and Mitsuki you simply cannot win this fight. Just do your best, get your sorry behind busted and witness this route's "Good End".

4.3) Remember Kitsune route
- Just follow the story, you cannot go wrong. The battles here are a bit annoying at first due to a debuff, you should load up skills that generate erosion no matter what happens and time them so you get a steady trickle of it. After some cutscenes and story events, you'll get Kitsune's 2nd CG, then Kokoro's 2nd CG and eventually face the final boss. She's a multi-stage one but she is not hard, only the final step needs 2-3 'heart' skills to wear her defenses down. Catch her for Hitsugi's 2nd CG and a duly deserved heartwarming ending after so much grimdark.

5) Side Stories Walkthrough
How to unlock the 'secondary' girls 2nd scene, along with a couple of hints how to catch them:

Kokoro's secret:
- Approach her in her dream (just be nice to her) and talk to her. Interrogate her about all the girls. Realize she is freely talking about all the others but remains evasive about herself.
- After that, be on the same map square as her WITHOUT ATTACKING HER during the day, let time pass as necessary. She'll eventually reveal she can see you and other ghosts.

Uta's side story:
- Meet Yuu during the day then go to the Corner of the Village, wait for Midnight and invade Uta's dream. Angry lil' bitch will kick you out immediately.
- Catch Yuu then again go to the Corner of the Village, wait for Midnight and invade Uta's dream. Approach her and lure her out.
- The next day find Uta and stalk her (follow her as she moves around, it's not hard) until you reach the Abandoned Crossroads. Witness the event. Go back to the Corner of the Village, wait for Midnight and invade Uta's dream for the third time.
- The next day find Uta and stalk her again until you once again reach the Abandoned Crossroads. Save your game, for you only have this chance to catch her. The battle can be frustrating for she runs away really quickly and you need to be even faster than her.

Hime's side story:
- Go to the Inn during the first day, witness Hime and Kokoro interacting.
- Go to the Tunnel during daytime and let time go by. Witness Hime passing by and a scene where Uta tells a scary story to Yuu and Ako. You might need to wait a few days total.
- Stay at the tunnel until Midnight. Enter Hime's dream, approach her and lure her out to the forest.
- The next day's night, go to the Mountain Road to the Ruins and interact with the shadow there. As you probably guessed by now, the shadow is Hime who died years ago yet lingered. (The fact she's assaulted by owls in her first scene is also a big hint: the white owl is an omen of death in Japan.) You can now creep upon and catch her shadow form to get her second scene. Not very hard, but you'll need one of each (Ear, Eye and Heart) skill to wear her defenses down.

The important part here is that successfully catching Hime this way will unlock the "Peek into Mind" power needed to deal with both Yuu and Nanase below.

Nanase's side story:
- During a playthrough on the 'Hidden Village/Release Kitsune' route, equip the "Peek into Mind" power and chase Nanase. Use it to counter her mental skill and reveal she hates and loathes her future adoptive daughter, then catch her like you would for her first CG. This will add the HATE emotion to your choices while approching girls in their dreams.
- During another playthrough on the 'Visible Village/Embrace Kitsune', invade Nanase's dream then use the HATE emotion on her. She'll eventually admit how much she hates Amy and go outside at night. Chase and catch her at night to get her second CG.

Yuu's side story:
- Invade Yuu's dreams, approach her and lure her out in the evening.
- The next day's evening, find her and catch her, but with a big twist that makes this battle probably the most annoying in the whole game. First, you need to equip "Peek into Mind" and use it to counter her "Worried" skill. This, however, will replace it by "Swelling Friendship", which generates caution constantly faster and faster. Here's the twist: you need to endure the entire run of "Swelling Frienship", wait for it to disappear and only then catch her in order to unlock her second scene. To do this, you will need to equip both caution-removing skills, their refresher and time the whole thing perfectly. The slightest mistiming and her sphere will fill and she'll escape. On a more positive note, if you manage to let "Swelling Friendship" run its course she'll get "Broken Friendship" who completely paralyzes her instead, and you can then catch her at your leisure even if she was but a single percent away of running.
